Politique de retour standard de Flashbay

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for product returns for orders shipped within France.

1. Return Window

Customers must initiate a return within 14 days following the date of delivery.

2. Condition of Items Accepted for Return

We accept returns for items in the following conditions:

  • New: Products that are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Used: Products that have been used.

Note on Custom Products: As all products are custom-branded, returns are generally accepted only in cases of product defect or non-compliance with the approved order specification. If the product is not defective, returns may be subject to cancellation/restocking fees or refusal, unless explicitly agreed upon prior to return authorization.

3. Accepted Return Method

All returns must be completed By Courier.

To initiate a return, please contact your Flashbay Account Manager or our customer service team, who will assist you in organising the collection.

4. Return Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for non-defective items. Flashbay will ordinarily cover return shipping costs in all other cases.

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

We will process the refund within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Defective/Non-Compliant Items

Our return policy is not restricted to defective items only. We accept returns for non-defective items as outlined above.

7. Exchanges

We do not accept product exchanges as a standard process. If you require a different product, size, or color, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order.

8. Governing Terms

This dedicated Returns Policy should be read in conjunction with our comprehensive Terms and Conditions, which remain in effect for all other aspects of the customer relationship.
